We have tried lots of other planning software. CloudPlanner is not a daily appointment calendaring system such as Outlook. It is not meant to replace your daily appointment planner. Why not track your projects like you should with a separate project planner. In fact you could allow your co-workers to access a main account with tracking for all your projects, or you can open a CloudPlanner account for each project or event and allow only those individuals working on that project to access the account. If you maintain a separate account for each project, you can then set up multiple levels of sub-projects. The program is very flexible and will fit your needs.

Support is offered in several forms. Each monthly plan comes with telephone support as well as support via email. Also, the program has many help videos and a User Guide that can be accessed online through the program. Finally, if the monthly telephone support is exhausted for your account, you may purchase additional hours of telephone support for a nominal charge. The program is simple to use and extensive support should not be necessary, but is available.

If you are not 100% satisfied that CloudPlanner makes you more organized and on track with all your long term projects and events, simply cancel the month to month subscription. It is that easy; there is no long term yearly commitment.
